I researched and chose this company's bread slings based on the quality of the silicone and the outside 3rd party safety approval. I am very pleased with the quality of the slings and ease of use and cleaning. My only critique is to be sure to measure the BASE of your Dutch Oven to make sure the sling and the dough will fully rest flat at the bottom. Because the oval sling did not lay flat in mine, it caused the bread to be curved up all the way around on the bottom of the loaves. The bread still rose and cooked fine, it's merely an appearance issue. I contacted Customer Service to ask if I can cut down the edges to make it fit and they recommended against that. They suggested that I use the round one in the oval Dutch Oven as well--it will fit just fine and that should alleviate the issue for my next loaves. Customer Service responded quickly and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Good quality product and great Customer Service!

Great silicone slings. Easy to use. Works great, put in pull out. Perfect baking, non -stick. Nice color. Cheaper then buying parchment paper over and over again. 2 different sizes. Easy to clean. Use precaution when pulling out of over they're hot.
This worked great! It was always a struggle with the parchment paper, and it crinkles up, making odd "waves" in the side of the bread. My first loaf with the silicone mat came out perfectly!So far I've only used the round one
These are a good deal and so helpful to move your dough and finished bread to and from your baker, plus they make any cleanup of the baker even that much easier.The two slings actually aren't all that different in size -- I kind of wish the elongated one was a bit longer to better fit my elongated baker, but it is still perfectly effective at moving the dough/bread.These run through the dishwasher perfectly, though I always use the top rack just in case. They stay in place well once placed onto a surface like your countertop or baker. They are thin but absolutely feel sturdy.
I’ve been on my sourdough/bread making journey and these slings are amazing. Easy to clean, durable and go great. They work with a variety of baking dishes, Dutch ovens and bread pans.
