Still use rice flour of course but sticking is much less of a problem than with my older baskets. The dough also seems to hold tension better during the final proof. Still use rice flour of course but sticking is much less of a problem than with my older baskets. The dough also seems to hold tension better during the final proof. I am very pleased with the quality of the slings and ease of use and cleaning. My only critique is to be sure to measure the BASE of your Dutch Oven to make sure the sling and the dough will fully rest flat at the bottom. Because the oval sling did not lay flat in mine, it caused the bread to be curved up all the way around on the bottom of the loaves. The bread still rose and cooked fine, it's merely an appearance issue. I contacted Customer Service to ask if I can cut down the edges to make it fit and they recommended against that. They suggested that I use the round one in the oval Dutch Oven as well--it will fit just fine and that should alleviate the issue for my next loaves. Customer Service responded quickly and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. They stay in place well once placed onto a surface like your countertop or baker.
